Pando talks with Noraus and Vily (Audio from live recording on https://www.twitch.tv/zehpando)
Iniquitious visits TIS to talk about the conflict in Scalding Pass as Fraternity moved in. Iniquitious leads Hand of Midas corporation as part of The Cure coalition.
We talk with Elo Knight and Progodlegend, two of EVE’s top fleet commanders. Leader of Fraternity, Noraus, stops in to make sure people know they are fighting a defensive war against Legacy.
The season closes with Vily and Killah Bee stopping in to update us on politics in 0.0, specifically in the southeast where TEST has dissolved the NIP with Fraternity. In a turn of events, TEST works with Fraternity and PL to obstruct the Imperium attack on a Keepstar in Camal, Derelik, (after the podcast ends). TIS gives away a Rorqual live and announces an Avatar Titan give away to one fortunate fan.
Fraternity leader Noraus asses the situation as enemies gather at his walls. TEST and the new, yet unnamed, Russian block are held back by a nonaggression pact that ends in 3 weeks. Meanwhile, a disastrous loss of two titans for Fraternity has turned around instantly as TEST fumbles a withdrawal and leaves behind a Komodo that is killed by Fraternity. First ever. That and more.
We review the Alliance Tournament 2019 hiatus, and the effect it is having on some player’s moral. Seth Shadoow, a Russian FC and leader gives us the truth behind the rise of a new Russian Bloc that threatens the Chinese Fraternity with war. Finally, we hear about an incident when Role Players banded together to defeat Snuffed Out, the low sec apex predatory alliance.
Pandemic Horde FC Steadyo stops by to get TIS up to speed on the recent battles in Geminate and Perimeter against TEST and others.
This week co-host Silver Suspiria is joined by his old friend turned not-so-bitter enemy, CEO of RDRAW and leader of Pen is Out alliance, Tek Stalker. The two discuss the ongoing war in Cloud Ring, and Artimus gets everyone up to speed on recent news and upcoming changes.
This “Mothers Day” show focuses on the dueling campaigns over the fate of Providence and the 74 stations contained in the region. Elise coins the name “Asher Boys,” Progodlegend calls Fraternity’s new leader a Trumpian, and Harvey Skywarker (the self-proclaimed “murderer”) tells us all about “Lumio en Tilavine.” We also meet real-life politician Brisc Rubal who’s commercial for CSM went viral. Mawderator talks ships and CSM too, and we meet a rising star in the FC world, Goonswarm’s WhisperQuetly who found himself commanding 150 pilots after only 6 months in EVE. Apothne steps in for Matterall as host.
The New Eden Trading Company effort is over, and the structures have been given away to new owners – Fafer and Max Singularity. They (along with me) will form a league of City-State Sanctuaries (Freeported Keepstars). We also check in with Vily of TEST Alliance on their recent victories in war, and we end with a closer look at theory crafting with Pando, from Initiative.
We meet Wind Spirits, a Chinese leader of Fraternity and the Winter Coalition – a coalition of Asian corporations. Jinn’Taan joins us as we explore the fascinating differences in culture between east and west. Eastern players are paid real money to be fleet commanders and approach the game as athletes, while the western players rely heavily on the meta (out of game advantages) to win wars. Two very different approaches to EVE Online.
