Not Purple Shoot It [NPSI] fleets represent fleets that shoot everything, not in their fleet, hence the purple, as opposed to the standard Not Blue Shoot It [NBSI], or the rare but interesting Not Red Don’t Shoot [NRDS]. Colors are alignment in EVE, and the fleets are agreed on behaviors of fleets while they roam.
